Mariam has graduated from Yerevan State University in 2007 with a Master’s degree of Jurisprudence. She has received her Bachelor’s degree from the same university in 2004.
She is licensed attorney since 2006 /license no 573/.
Since 2016 she is also bankruptcy administrator.
Mrs. Ghulyan has started her professional career as a lawyer in 2005 when she took her first position in “Zohrabyan and Partners” Law firm. Later on she has worked as an attorney in “Karakhanyan and Partners”, “G. Gharakhanyan” and “Legelata” Law firms.
Mrs. Ghulyan specializes in civil, administrative, corporate, labour, tax, customs law. She has a vast litigation and legal consulting experience. She has extensive experience in the submission of applications to the Constitutional Court of RA and The European Court of Human Rights. She is also an author of legislative initiatives.
Mariam is a member of “Legislative Initiative” non-governmental organization, which she took part in the analysis of the legislation, in various projects aimed at improving law enforcement practice.
